Dear Reader,
"After several years of serving non-profits and cause-driven organizations in Minneapolis, Minnesota, I moved to gorgeous Bozeman, Montana in 2003 looking for a change from city life. "1qa My freelance writing lifestyle evolved rapidly, and Spiritus was born to showcase and market my work-- and now the work of several other writers in the area too.
"On any given day, I might write a feature article about one of my outdoor adventures, ghostwrite for a business client, or edit a new writer's manuscript. I love the collaboration with a wide range of publications, clients, and other consultant talent.
"Media relations projects often provide an opportunity to work with other freelancers in my region including web developers, graphic designers, photographers, and custom illustrators. Several of us have now assembled a marketing and design consultant pool, Candescent Creative, which makes it possible for Spiritus to offer a complete list of marketing and design services.
"My articles appear regularly in local publications such as At Home, Balance, and Distinctly Montana along with regionals like Montana Magazine. My PR pieces have appeared in trade publications thoughout the US and Canada. Whatever the writing project, it is a delight to help connect the dots between captivating 'New West' stories and an interested readership.
"When I'm not writing, you'll find me in the foothills enjoying the outdoors, volunteering in community theater, or helping as an assistant instructor at my Taekwondo school.
